I have been to other places for a neck message but this was exactly what I needed! Firm and thorough from different angles. Staff was friendly. Because you don't have your own room don't expect total relaxation because people could be talking around you. For me this was not the purpose of the massage so it was fine. The place itself is a bit outdated but the price/quality is really good.
